With one race under
our belt it is time for the Paopao 9 - Man Challenge
in Oceanside. Here is the
race packet and map
to the event. Parking is away from the race site and
a shuttle is available.

New Paddlers Needed
for the 2008 Racing Season
Beginning (Novice) Paddling starts Saturday, February 2, 2008
from 8:00 -10:00 a.m. Please be on the beach by 7:30 a.m.
There will be a short get-together afterwards around 10:30
to go over pertinent information.
What to wear: Workout clothing that can get wet (rash
guard, t-shirt or wicking shirt; board shorts or workout pants;
flip flops or water shoes) What to bring: Water, Sunglasses Where: North Star Beach in Newport Beach next to Newport
Aquatic Center. Imua canoes are on the right side of the beach.
